Article 1 - General terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between ZOD OnTime, with its registered office at Kemala Kapetanovića 53, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, ID No.: 4303145060009 (hereinafter: the “Company”), and users of the website ontime-timing.com (hereinafter: the “Website”).
By using the Website, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted:
If the user does not agree with the above, they must cease using the Website.
Article 2 – Description of Services
The Website enables:
- Online registration for sports events
- Processing of entry fee payments
- Maintenance of participant records
- Publication of competition results
- Provision of event-related information
The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, or temporarily suspend the operation of the Website without prior notice.
Article 3 – Registration and Accuracy of Data
The user is obliged to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not enter third-party data without authorization
- Update data in case of changes
The Company shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
Article 4 – Minor Participants
If a minor is being registered, the registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By accepting these Terms & Conditions the parent/legal guardian confirms their consent for:
- The processing of the minor’s personal data
- Participation in the event
- Potential publication of results
Article 5 – Publication of Results
By accepting these Terms & Conditions the user consents to the public publication of their data (such as name and surname, gender, club, category, result, ranking, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring transparency of the sports competition. The publication of results constitutes the legitimate interest of the organizer and the Company.
Article 6 – Prices and Payment
Entry fees are clearly displayed prior to completion of registration. Payment is made as a one-time transaction via the online payment system. The Company collects entry fees exclusively on behalf of the event organizer, acting as an intermediary in the collection of entry fees/participation fees for sports events.
Article 7 – Online Payment
Online payments are processed through the certified electronic payment system Monri (Monri Payment Gateway).
During online payment, the user is redirected to a secure card data entry page managed by Monri Payment Gateway. The Company does not have access to nor does it store users’ payment card data.
Article 8 – Credit Card Payment Security
The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured through the latest version of TLS encryption.
Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission.
This ensures secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access during communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data via a virtual private network (VPN), protected against unauthorized access.
Monri Payment Gateway is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard card schemes.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and such numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
Article 9 – Refund Policy
Refunds are possible exclusively in accordance with the rules of the specific sports event and the decision of the event organizer.
In the event of a technical system error, the Company shall refund incorrectly charged amounts within a reasonable period of time.
Article 10 – Disclaimer Regarding Sports Events
Participation in sports events involves physical activity and potential risks.
The user confirms that they participate at their own risk and that they are medically fit to participate.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Participant injuries
- Health complications
- Damage occurring during the event
The event organizer is responsible for safety measures during the competition.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, software, databases) is the property of the Company or is used with the permission of the rights holder.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of content is prohibited.
Article 12 – System Security
It is prohibited to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
- Introduce malicious software
- Interfere with the operation of the Website
The Company reserves the right to block access to users who violate these provisions.
Article 13 – Privacy and Cookies
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies is regulated by the Cookie Policy.
Article 14 – Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Technical interruptions
- Errors caused by third parties
- Force majeure
- Actions of event organizers
Article 15 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court according to the registered seat of the Company.
Article 16 – Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
The latest version is always available on the Website, including the date of the last update.
