Article 1 – General Principles

This Privacy Policy regulates the manner of collecting, processing, and storing personal data of users of the website ontime-timing.com.
The collection and processing of data are carried out in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and applicable international standards.

other data necessary for the organization and execution of the sports event.

Article 3 – Purpose of Data Collection

registration and record-keeping of participants in sports events,
processing results and statistics,
communication with participants regarding the event,
fulfilling the legal obligations of the organizer.

Contact details (e-mail and phone number) are used only for notifications related to the event for which the user has registered.

Article 4 – Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is carried out based on:

the user’s consent given at the time of registration,
the legitimate interest of the organizer for the implementation and security of sports events,
legal obligations to which the organizer is subject.

Article 5 – Data Storage

The collected data are stored in the organizer’s electronic database, with the application of appropriate technical and organizational protection measures.
Data are stored only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, but no longer than 5 years from the date of registration, unless the user withdraws consent or requests data deletion earlier.

Article 6 – Data Sharing

Personal data will not be made available to third parties, except in cases when:

it is prescribed by law,
it is necessary for the organizing of the sports event,
the user explicitly consents to the data sharing.

Users have the right at any time to:

obtain information about whether their data are being processed,
request access to, correction, or deletion of their data,
restrict processing or request the transfer of their data in digital form,
withdraw their consent for processing,
file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of BiH in case of violation of their rights.
