These Terms & Conditions regulate the use of the website ontime-timing.com.
By accessing and using the website, the user confirms that they are familiar with these terms and fully accept them.
Article 2 – Content and Services
The website provides information about sporting events, online participant registration, and the publication of results.
OnTime Sarajevo reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove content without prior notice.

Article 3 – User Registration
To participate in events, accurate and complete registration is required when registering through the website.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during registration, as well as for safeguarding access data (username, password), if a user account is created.
Article 4 – User Responsibilities
The user undertakes not to use the website in a manner that could cause damage, misuse of data, or disruption of website functionality.
Unauthorized use of other users’ personal data, as well as attempts at unauthorized access to the system, servers, or databases, are strictly prohibited.
Article 5 – Limitation of Liability
OnTime Sarajevo makes every effort to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up to date but does not guarantee complete accuracy and assumes no liability for possible errors, service interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of the website.
The website may contain links to external sites, for which OnTime Sarajevo bears no responsibility regarding their content or security.

All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, graphics, results) is the property of OnTime Sarajevo, unless otherwise indicated.
The content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior approval from OnTime Sarajevo.
Article 7 – Changes to Terms
OnTime Sarajevo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be published on the website and shall apply from the date of publication. Registered users will be notified via e-mail in the event of significant changes.
Article 8 – Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms are subject to the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.
Article 9 – Security of credit card payments
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using latest TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
